Everything you need to know about BCF GUARD.

What's the difference between Minimum and Maximum?▼

Minimum covers warranty only — if our repair or your device fails, we fix it free with $0 deductible. Maximum adds one accident claim (drops, cracks, physical damage) for a $29 deductible, plus bigger discounts.

Is water damage covered?▼

No — water and liquid damage are not covered under any BCF GUARD plan. Accident coverage (MAX tier) covers drops, cracks, and physical impacts only.

Can I buy GUARD later?▼

No — BCF GUARD must be purchased at checkout when you pick up your repair or buy your device. We cannot add it after you leave.

What happens after I use my accident claim?▼

Your warranty coverage continues for the full 12 months. Only the one-time accident protection is used up. Warranty claims remain unlimited.

Is motherboard/logic board covered?▼

For phones we sold — yes, motherboard defects are covered as hardware failures. For repairs — only if the motherboard issue is directly related to the original repair we performed.

Does the family discount stack with my GUARD discount?▼

No — discounts don't stack. If you qualify for multiple discounts, the higher one applies.

Can I get a refund?▼

Full refund within 30 days if no claims have been made. After 30 days, no refunds.

Is it a monthly subscription?▼

No — one-time payment at checkout. No recurring charges, no hidden fees.

How does the trade-in bonus work? (Sales only)▼

When you upgrade your phone at BuyCellFix, GUARD members get 20% (MIN) or 40% (MAX) extra on their trade-in value. Applies to the device you originally purchased GUARD for.
