BuyCellFix started in 2018 with a simple frustration — watching people pay too much for basic repairs, or get told "just buy a new one" when their device was perfectly fixable.
I opened our first shop in Laval on Boulevard du Curé-Labelle to do it differently: honest diagnostics, transparent pricing, and same-day repairs done properly. No upselling, no hidden fees — just straightforward fixes from someone who actually cares about your device.
We grew from phones into tablets, gaming consoles, laptops and MacBooks. When Montreal customers kept driving out to Laval, we opened on Queen Mary Road near Côte-des-Neiges metro — now a Samsung Authorized Service Centre. And when West Island and Vaudreuil-Soulanges customers told us the bridge traffic wasn't worth it, we opened our third shop on Rue Sylvain-Lelièvre in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
Today BuyCellFix runs three shops across Greater Montreal — from cracked iPhone screens to PS5 HDMI micro-soldering to MacBook logic board recovery. Every repair still carries the same promise: free diagnostic, fair price, 30-day warranty on parts and labour.
We're owner-operated, not a chain bought off a shelf — and we're now opening the model to franchise partners who want to run it the same way.
