The first shop, on Curé-Labelle
It started with a frustration: watching people pay far too much for a basic repair, or get told to buy a new one when the device was perfectly fixable. So we opened in Chomedey with a simple rule — diagnose honestly, price it in front of the customer, and finish it the same day.
Past screens, into board work
Phones led to tablets, then laptops, MacBooks and consoles. The jobs other shops boxed up and shipped out — dead HDMI ports, water-damaged boards, MacBooks that wouldn't power on — became the ones we were known for. That meant learning micro-soldering properly, not sending it away.
Component-level repairQueen Mary, and a Samsung authorization
Montreal customers kept driving out to Laval, so we opened on Queen Mary Road by Côte-des-Neiges metro. That shop is now a Samsung Authorized Service Centre — trained technicians, genuine-quality parts, and your Samsung warranty stays intact.
