What does “CPO Device” mean and how are they being refurbished?
CPO stands for Certified Pre-Owned. We clean, factory reset and professionally refurbish each of these devices. They go through a 28-point inspection by a trained, professional technician. They are fully functional, unlocked and ready to use.
Can I trade in my device?
Yes! You can trade in your old device for a new one.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your device purchase, please return the item in its packaging with the sales receipt within 30 days of purchase for a exchange. Device must be in the same condition in which it was purchased. Beyond 30 days, ALL SALES OF DEVICES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
How do I back up my data?
iPhone – backing up your data through iCloud is the safest and easiest way. To do this, turn on iCloud Backup and it will automatically do so. Androids – simply go to the Settings app and select Accounts then Backup. From there, you’ll want to click Backup and Restore.
Will I have to show identification?
Yes, we require identification for all devices we purchase from customers.
