No — walk-ins are welcome at both locations during business hours. Calling ahead helps us prepare parts for your specific device, but it's not required.
How fast are most repairs?
Phone repairs (screen, battery, charging port) typically take 30–60 minutes. Laptop and MacBook repairs take 1–3 hours. Gaming console repairs are usually same-day.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes — 100% free at both locations. We inspect your device, tell you exactly what's wrong, and give you a clear price. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing.
What devices do you repair?
iPhones, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPads, tablets, laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer), MacBooks, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Apple Watch, and more. If it has a screen, we probably fix it.
Do you buy used devices?
Yes! We buy used phones, tablets, and laptops for cash or trade-in credit. Get a quote for your device.
What's your warranty policy?
Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we fix it free of charge.
Is there parking at the Laval location?
Yes — free parking right at the front door of our Curé-Labelle shop. No meters, no hassle.
